  • Step 1: Fill Out the Test Request Form

    Kickstart Your Journey: Start by telling us what you need. Grab our Test Request Form (TRF) and jot down all the details about your sample and the tests you're interested in. It's like introducing your project to us, so be as detailed as you can!

  • Step 2: Receive Your Quotation

    No Surprises on Costs: Once we get your TRF, we'll whip up a detailed quotation for you. This will outline all the costs involved in testing your sample. We believe in clear communication, so you'll know exactly what you're paying for.

  • Step 3: Send Us Your Sample

    Sample Adventure Begins: After you're cool with the quote, it's time to send your sample over to our lab. Pack it up, label it well, and send it our way. We'll take it from there, treating your sample with the care it deserves.

  • Step 4: Confirm With a Purchase Order or Payment

    Seal the Deal: If you're from a company, please send us a Purchase Order (PO). This is your green light for us to start testing. For individual researchers or students, an advance payment will get the ball rolling. Easy peasy!

  • Step 5: Testing Time

    Patience is Key: Testing is where the magic happens, but magic takes time. Depending on what tests your sample needs, it'll be a little while before we have results. We promise we're on it, using our lab wizardry to get you accurate results as soon as possible.

  • Step 6: Get Your Results and Invoice

    The Big Reveal: Tests done! We'll send you a detailed report of all the findings plus an invoice (with GST at 18%). It's everything you need to know about your sample, wrapped up with a bow.

  • Step 7: Tell Us What You Think

    Your Opinion Matters: Last but definitely not least, we'd love to hear from you. After you've gone through the report and everything else, Kiyo will reach out for your feedback. It helps us serve you better next time!
